This room is a slice of our zen that we’d like to share with those who’s values align with us. The 12x12 private space is ideal for brands or service providers who need an allocated time in a clean space they can be inspired and proud to work in. Usage is hourly or daily fee. We have set values on quality, intention, care and purpose. Our ambiance is grounded on relaxing energy.
A few industries that come to mind for it are content creators, photographers, teachers, tutors, artists, private yoga, sound bath, reiki, healers, aestheticians, pop up brands, artists and overall creatives. Photographers who need neutral space layouts for boudoir, headshots, brand shots etc, this is ideal. If you’re a brand who wants a place to sell IRL with a day or hours dedicated to a pop up, our studio welcomes you!
Please fill out the interest form to be considered. Once you are approved, you will get the schedule calendar to book your spot.
Photography/content creation space use start at $45 the hour.
For all other service based usage starts at $35 an hour.

Stone wash hall
Our minimalist stone entrance hall and kitchenette are also available for content creation past 6pm on weekdays and 9am-8pm on weekends. Please fill out form to be considered.
